By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing products, or receiving treatment at Skin + Body Co, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our business and ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

Appointments & Attendance Policy

  • We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Clients arriving 10 minutes late will forgo their treatment and will incur the full fee of the treatment before being able to reschedule.

  • No-shows will incur the full treatment fee before being able to book again.

  • More than two late arrivals or two no-shows may result in an indefinite ban from booking future appointments.

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseeable circumstances can occur.

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur the full treatment fee.

  • Frequent cancellations may result in an indefinite ban from booking.

Satisfaction & Feedback

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are unsatisfied with your treatment, we ask that you notify us during your appointment or within 24 hours so that any concerns can be addressed appropriately.

We are committed to ensuring your experience is positive and welcome constructive feedback.

Health & Safety

For the health, safety, and comfort of all clients:

  • You must notify our nurses and skin specialists of any allergies, medications, medical conditions or contraindications.

  • Consultation forms must be completed truthfully and updated where necessary.

  • If you experience any discomfort, unusual sensations, or symptoms during your treatment, you must notify your practitioner immediately.

  • Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment outcomes and safety.

Behaviour Policy

Skin + Body Co maintains a professional and respectful environment.

Staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Displays disruptive behaviour

  • Is threatening or abusive toward staff or other clients

  • Fails to follow clinic policies

  • We operate under a strict no alcohol or drug policy.

  • Failure to comply may result in an indefinite ban from booking or entering the clinic.

Payments & Fees

All treatment fees are payable at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Outstanding fees must be settled before future bookings can be made.
