Clinic Policy

Upon booking you are agreeing to and must abide by the below clinic policies: 

Late Arrivals + No Shows 

We ask you to please arrive on time to your appointment. Clients arriving 10 minutes late will forgo their treatment and will incur the fee of the treatment before being able to reschedule. No shows will include the fee of the treatment before being able to book again. More than two late arrivals or two no shows may result in indefinite ban from booking. 

Cancellations

We understand unforeseeable circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations within less than 24 hours to your appointment time will incur the fee of the treatment. Frequent cancellations will result in indefinite ban from booking.  

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and non-transferable. Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. 

Service Guarantee + Refunds 

Your satisfaction is our priority, if you are unsatisfied with your treatment we ask that you let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours so that any fault or wrong doing can be rectified. We are committed to making your experience the best possible and we welcome all feedback.  

Health + Safety

For the health, safety and comfort of our clients, please notify our nurses and skin specialists of any allergies, medications or contraindications. Ensure you have filled out consultation forms truthfully and to the best of your knowledge and update details as necessary. If you experience any discomfort or symptoms during your treatment please notify the nurse or skin specialist immediately. 

Right to Refuse Service 

Skin and Body Co staff have the right to refuse service to anyone who is displaying disruptive behaviour, being threatening or abusive to other clients and/or staff. We have a strict no alcohol or drug policy, failure to comply will result in indefinite ban from booking or entering the clinic.  

Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of most importance to us. We take full responsibility of handling your personal information. Skin and Body Collective complies with the Privacy Act 1998. We safeguard your personal information and we respect that the collection of this sensitive information is an act of trust and we take that very seriously. The purpose of this privacy policy is for the collection of some or all the following information: client name, client contact details, DOB, next of kin including contact details, bank account/credit card details, other identification, payment history, treatment history and photographs. 

Collection of Personal Information  

Skin and Body Collective will not monitor or collect personal information from an individual without their consent. The only personal information that is collected is provided voluntarily by a client or future client of Skin and Body Collective.  


This information enables Skin and Body Collective to provide services and products to our clients.  
We may also use this information for marketing to you as a client, permitted under the Privacy Act 1998. In some cases, failure to provide personal information may result in us being unable to provide you with Products and Services. Personal Information is collected directly by you as a client or potential future client when you complete and submit a client consultation card and consent form in our clinic.  

Sensitive Information  

Sensitive information means the information disclosed by a client to us about their well-being, both physical and mental. This information will only ever be used to provide services to clients. This information will never be disclosed without consent, unless required by law or to lessen a serious threat to a person’s health or safety  

Individuals’ Right of Access to Personal Information  

You have the right to review any of your personal and sensitive information that has been recorded on Skin and Body Collective’s database. If you wish to do so, please contact us in writing for a formal request. You may request to have your personal and/or sensitive information amended or deleted from our database. All reasonable steps will be followed, expect where is it required by law for legal reasons. This includes but is not limited to maintenance of medical and health records.  

Queries and Complaints 

For any further questions or to make a complaint about actions taken by Skin and Body Collective to protect your personal information or privacy, please contact us on 9725 3305 or email info@skinandbodyco.com.au. This will be investigated immediately, and we will do out best to resolve the complaint as soon as possible. Skin and Body Collective reserves the right to review, amend, update, and change this policy to reflect its practices and obligations. Any changes will take effect when they are posted on this website.
